    The location provided easy access to my activities in Franklin. The management was friendly to our needs. The mountain view from the room was beautiful.

    Some staff members were rude and unhelpful when management wasn't present.

    The hotel staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The setting was marvellous, adjacent to other stores and the beautiful surroundings of the Smoky mountains next to Cherokee town and the restaurant next to the property. It also was to performing arts center events.
